I'm Passionate About Helping Others Recover From Substance Abuse Problems

Are you tired of taking care of everyone other than yourself? Has alcohol or another substance become the only way you escape, relax, or survive? Is your "self-care" drinking at night after the rest of the family has gone to sleep? I understand how substance abuse problems uniquely affect women and mothers. We face unique pressures professionally and when raising children that often leave little or no time for taking care of ourselves.

If you feel like your letting yourself, your family, or your children down, I can help you break free from the vicious cycle. I am completing my Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC I) credential, hold a Certified Hypnotherapist credential, and a Certified Health Coach credential. I utilize Motivational Interviewing and other techniques to help my clients create a fulfilling and passionate life free from alcohol and other substances.  We will work together to create a customized recovery plan that helps you achieve happiness and reach your potential. I speak both English and Russian fluently and can provide services in both languages.

Как иммигрант из России, я также понимаю, с какими трудностями вы сталкиваетесь при переезде в США. При необходимости я могу предоставить услуги по лечению наркозависимости на русском языке.
