Licensed Professional Counselor
Whether you have struggled with mental health concerns for many years or are just now becoming curious about supporting your mental wellbeing, I believe therapy can help. Everyone can benefit from having a safe and supportive space to tackle symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, life stressors, self-esteem issues, or any other mental health difficulties. As an experienced psychotherapist, I have supported people such as college students navigating changes in relationships, trauma survivors having flashbacks, and high-performing individuals coping with the demands of work and home. I offer private telehealth sessions to men, women, and non-binary adults.
You are a unique individual and therapy should be tailored to best support you. My approach to therapy is always rooted in empathy, compassion, and a genuine curiosity about your unique experiences. We will work together using a combination of evidence-based practices like CBT, ACT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing to reduce or eliminate your symptoms.
In addition to the above, I work with clients who are experiencing anger, bipolar disorder, codependency, dual-diagnosis, grief, traumatic brain injury (TBI), suicidal ideation, and others. I earned my master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Northeastern University and my bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology from Tufts University. For over five years, I have used a range of evidence-based techniques to help my clients achieve success. As a woman, I have personal insight into our unique experiences and enjoy helping those in the LGBTQ+ community
