I'm Passionate About Helping Others
Overcome Anxiety and Trauma

Is anxiety or trauma affecting your quality of life or preventing you from reaching your true potential? As a UCSF trained medical family therapist with over a decade of experience, I have helped thousands of clients recovering from stress, worry, and trauma. I have supported prisoners of war struggling with flashbacks, high performing women coping with the demands of work and home, and families challenged by the complexities of fast-paced living.  All of my clients want their lives back and we make that happen together.

I earned my Doctorate degree in Human Development and Family Studies at the University of Connecticut and completed a postdoctoral fellowship in Medical Family Therapy at the University of Colorado.  I am an EMDR trained therapist who utilizes a wide range of evidence-based techniques to help my clients solve problems. Over the years, I’ve helped thousands of people break free from the toxic hold of self-doubt, constant worry, and low mood and create a path to joy and fulfillment. I'm confident that if you're ready to face these issues, we can over them together in a safe and comfortable environment. I look forward to working with you!
