I'm Passionate About Helping Others
Overcome Anxiety, Depression, and Trauma

Anxiety, depression, and trauma can significantly impact your life and prevent you from reaching your true potential. As an experienced psychotherapist, I help my clients overcome these problems and take back their lives. I understand the fear, lack of motivation, mistrust, hyper-vigilance, hopelessness, sadness and other suffering these problems create. We will work together, using evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to reduce or eliminate these symptoms. Your healing journey can begin today with safe, supportive, and private telehealth sessions. I work with individuals, couples, and families.

I earned my master’s degree in Counseling from California State University, East Bay. For over five years, I have used a range of evidence-based techniques to help my clients achieve success. As a biracial Asian American woman, I have personal insight into our unique cultural experience and enjoy helping others in the Asian and API communities navigate these experiences.  I also have experience working with Native American populations and individuals of the LGBTQ+ community.
