Does your life feel confusing? Maybe you’re being pulled in multiple directions, as others expect you to be what they want, instead of who you are. Many people I work with have had difficulties with trauma, anger issues, or anxiety. Others have struggled with impulsivity, transitions, or their sexuality. No matter what you’re going through, things can get better, especially with support. I help people who want to better understand themselves and their struggles, so they can live happier, more peaceful lives. I provide an accepting, non-judgmental environment, where you can relax as you get to know yourself better.
I offer evidence-based, effective techniques such as DBT therapy to adults and adolescents. Through practicing mindfulness and self-awareness, you can become more aware of your patterns. With new coping skills, you can learn how to react to triggers without causing physical or mental harm to yourself. You can better handle your emotions while getting along better with others.
Imagine if you felt more confident to be yourself, despite what others thought. What if you could accept your emotions, while also feeling more in control of how you react to them? I believe you can experience this and more. You can be proud of yourself and your accomplishments, while you look to the future. Contact me today to learn more.
